Imari beef is only beef raised at Matsuo Katsuma Farm.

At Matsuo Katsuma Farm, the condition of the cows is given the utmost importance, and they feed them their own unique blend of feed that has been developed over many years of research to optimize the cows' growth stage.By listening to classical music to prevent the cows from becoming stressed, the relaxing effect is created, which stabilizes the quality of the meat. By regularly checking the condition of all the cows by patrolling in the morning and evening, the quality of the beef that is shipped is maintained at a high level.
